• Item must be in original packaging with dust bag

• Custom made or personalized orders
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Sale or discounted items

Return Process:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

3. We will review your request within 24 hours
4. If approved, send the item back to our address
5. Refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days

Damaged or Wrong Items:

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately with photos. We will replace it at no extra cost.

• Cash refunds via bank transfer
• Or exchange for another product of equal value
